不淨觀

(不淨觀, 不净观)

The meditation on the uncleanness of the human body of self and others, e. g. the nine stages of disintegration of the dead body [lang id =1028]九想 q.v.; it is a meditation to destroy [lang id =1028]貪 desire; other details are: parental seed, womb, the nine excretory passages, the body's component parts, worm-devoured corpse -- all unclean.
